Our flours, not bleached by chemical treatment, are carefully selected to bring you the greatest satisfaction: crisp or soft, taste and healthy nutrition. Organic wheat flour, whole wheat, rye, spelled … gluten free, all of Canadian origin.

All our pastries are made in the bakery, for the sake of quality, without additives or preservatives. Pleasure for the eyes and taste buds!
